A six month renovation project undertaken by the business to update a 1920's house in Stafford. At a cost of £50,000, this project was able to transform and modernise the semi detached property, enhancing it's letting potential.
This project involved building a new wall in a conservation area on a listed property. The new wall and outhouse replaced previously unsafe structures at the property. The main wall was built with reclaimed bricks in a "Flemish Garden Wall" bond.
